These options allow you to upload your company logo, add text along with your truck driver names to be engraved on your custom awards. As a manufacturer, there are limitations especially when referring to the crystal truck award designs on our site. In higher quantities we can do custom crystal truck award designs, but in general the crystal trucks are designed to represent the transportation industry as a whole and are not actually one brand of truck. The dry van, day truck and tanker truck awards are our primary line of driver recognition awards we hold large inventory on hand which is required for us to offer factory direct pricing. Always check with us and we’d be happy to discuss your project needs.
Great question. We don’t use any acrylic, lucite or any other type of plastics with our trucking recognition awards. We use only hand-made solid optical K9 crystal. Optical crystal truck awards do not have any lead in the mix and are of the highest clarity. K9 crystal is superior to the rest in that it will not discolor over time like many glass awards are made from. We take great pride in our exclusive designs and only use K9 Optical crystal for all our custom driver awards.
If available, the following formats to engrave or imprint your custom recognition awards are as follows: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR. We also use JPG, PNG and others, but we usually just advise to send the best quality logo you have and we’ll work with it to fit your driver awards.
Each truck driver recognition award will show the option for “Black print” or “Full color print. This is referring to the printed logo and text used on the brushed metal plaque shown in the photo for the driver award you’re viewing. If the option is available, you can choose to have color printing, or many opt for the black print only which can be the best choice if your logo colors may not blend well with the product itself. In that case, black and grayscales are the best choice.
There is a second option in the dropdown menu for text and logo that will show “ I’ll email to service@asapawards.com. If you prefer, you can simply email your company logo, driver names and any other info you wish designed on the truck driver awards and we’ll start your proofs.
Yes. Every order receives a free proof before production begins. This is your opportunity to make sure the text, logo, driver names and main layout are accurate so when your driver recognition awards arrive, they are exactly as the proof you approved.
We’re fast around here…you will receive a proof by email within 24 hours that will have an attached pdf for your review. Simply reply back to the email with “approved” and we’ll get started building your truck driver awards.
No problem, that’s why we send proofs so you have the opportunity to make sure your crystal truck driver recognition awards are perfect. Reply back to the proof email and list the corrections needed, our graphics team will revise the proofs and send back for your approval.
Since we’re not a trophy shop, we’re an actual manufacturer of our exclusive truck driver award designs, which allows us full control of speed and quality! Most orders less than 10 pieces average a couple days before release. Once released, it’s simply a matter of UPS transit time from our location in St. Louis, MO to your address. Keep in mind the build time does not start until you approve your proof.
We carry a large amount of raw materials with crystal trucks trophies and plaque designs which enable us fulfill orders of a large scale.
